Default Leveled white platinum. "Plaptor" ha!

Well I am done with modifications for now. Installed king shocks front and rear last week with a dirtking upper control arm. Had intended to keep stock wheels but they hit the uca at full turn. Went with Black Rhino revolutions 18x9 with STT PRO 295/70r18s. I really like how the Kings ride. Especially worth it since you have to take the bumper off to install the reservoirs in between the tow hooks. Thanks total automotive performance for the uca and shocks. Shipped out pretty quickly. All in all I'm happy with how it turned out. Nice to be done and enjoying the dirt. Too many late nights doing the work to avoid the heat.

Looks great. When you get a chance to break it in some more I'd be interested to hear about your thoughts on the kings. I have asked multiple times on here for someone to tell me about their ride off road and haven't heard back yet!

Will do man. I did go through an area that i normally had to crawl through but the kings allowed me to go 25 through and then a woops section I hit 30. Granted through the woops I was being conservative. It definitely feels more planted to the ground.

Great Looking Truck !!

Amazing that you got 295/70/20's to fit - They look awesome

I am about to put King front coilovers on my truck when it gets here this week. I was told that the rear shocks they were having some fitment problems with on the '16's, and that it may take a couple of months to get it corrected. I guess you didn't have any problems with that on yours - great to know everything worked O.K.

I don't think you'd be able to differentiate between the big three (ICON, KING, FOX) performance wise on a stock width non-Raptor. With at max 9.5" of travel total (~4.75 up, ~4.75 down) you really aren't able to put the truck into a position where you can feel the difference of digressive vs progressive or differing spring rates. You will, however have differing ride perceptions based on road feel and light off roading. Once you start pushing the truck, they will all feel pretty much the same - much better than stock.

This isn't intended as a knock on non-Raptors. Mid Travel setups are just barely at the threshold where you can tell and to be honest, what we feel is mostly due to spring rates.

Truck does look good, btw.

No problems at all replace the rears with it sitting on the ground.

Do you have trouble keeping air in the 20" tires on 18" rims?
