Tailgate rubber bumper fell off

So I lowered the tailgate a while ago and this little guy fell off...

Looks like I can just stick it back in and tighten the screw kind of like an anchor screw.
Anyone else have this happen?

I just spoke with a rep at 3M. He said if it is made from EPDM (which it shows on the one part earlier in this thread that it is indeed this type of rubber), I should use this -- 3M Black Super Weatherstrip Adhesive 5oz (autozone.com) to attach the rubber tailgate bumper stop to the bed.
I will use the anchor too, but will use this to assist....
No affiliation with either company, just throwing in what I am going to do when I get the two pieces tomorrow from FORD.
P.S. I initially called them to ask which tape product to use and he said tape is very difficult to make that will adhere to rubber. The only one they make is not sold to the public (see: military grade) and it requires heat and pressure in order to install properly.
