2013 limited 4x4 before and after leveling pictures. I believe it was a 2.25" leveling kit. Tires are coming this week. Nitto Trail Grapplers 35x12.5x22 on stock rims.

Digging up an old thread lol......so using a stock 2004-2008 rear block and a 2" leveling front gives you .5" of rake? Does that mean the 2004-2008 rear blocks are a bit taller than the 09-14? Which brand of 2" front did you use? Looks awesome!!
