Default 1995 f150 302 not driving!!!

I have had a huge issue with this truck I dropped the transmission to change the flexplate and also I noticed once I got it all together I had a bad parasitic drain and I didn't have an engine ground so I bought new cables to wire from starter to solenoid battery and alternator and got a new grounds when I turn the key to the on position the truck has a red LED battery bright red on the dash but the truck starts just fine I have 12.65 volts whenever the truck is off in between all my connections and when the truck is started which it starts really easy the engine kind of chokes and everything else seems alright the charging system is working I am getting 14.7 volts around about on all my systems so it is charging but the idle is real sporadic I have a new idle air control and TPS keep in mind there are no Emissions on this truck the EGR is gone as well as the vacuum system for the most part but the truck was driving just fine as a daily driver until now if I put the truck in drive or reverse or any other gear and hit the gas it doesn't move the engine just bogs down I have checked all my fluids and they are also good I am stumped I don't know where to go or what to do. I need this fixed fast!! The plugs are new, new wires, replaced oil pump, new water pump, haven't changed the cap and rotor or the ignition coil, but it's weird because the truck starts fine and has worked good until now when I changed the cables, I had a diagram to hook up all the power wires and verified they were correct, I'm about to pull my hair out! Help me out guys!! Also the codes are 126, 311 332, and 632 I know a few of these codes are from the EGR but a majority of the codes I am getting are because I'm not pressing the gas during the koer test so I know some of the codes are invalid like pressing the overdrive on and off pressing the brake or pressing the gas but the throttle response is terrible the engine doesn't shake it just bogs down real bad but the truck won't move in either direction

It's charging fine from those readings. Recheck your wiring from the alternator - one of those small wires operates the dash light.
Maybe check the fuel pressure just because and make sure the small ground wires that go to the fender beside the battery and the rad saddle in front of the washer bottle are connected properly.
Also that battery - to block cable is supposed to include a connection to the frame.

There is a power wire from the alternator to the solonoid, also there is a 2 wire plug from the alternator, there is a small signal wire (green) that has its own plug by the battery that reads the same 12.6v and 14.7v on. I have the yellow wire that was fuse linked to the alternator wire to the solonoid with a new fuse link connected properly, should that green wire be attached differently even though it has its own plug? It's a 95 f150 302, maybe you could look at a diagram or something, because I'm good at mechanical stuff but this electrical stuff stumps me!
