A SCT sf3 3015 would work for your 7.5 truck but you would need a custom tune as well since SCT doesn't have any tunes for your specific engine. Most shops charge about $70 for a custom tune nd would need a tuner to upload it to the truck. Shoot me a pm if have any questions, thanks!

Jet chips are better than Hyperchips and most other chips that are installed...
Jet chips work on all areas of the curve from idle to full throttle where as others like Hyperchip only deal with the full throttle aspect and upper rpm ranges.
for OBD-I I do know you can get the quarterhorse reader/writer and software license for around 400.00 or less with unlimited tuning....

Those aren't bad from what listing said but I'd suggest checking into a SCT Flip chip 6600 though, does the same job with more features and probably a better price.
