Having a major mechanical break down is a bummer. Having it acknowledged but not repaired correctly is inexcusable.
In time I have no doubt you’ll end up with a solid truck. Whether it’s this one or not is debatable. What a pain....

UPDATE:
FORD Customer service called and left me a message stating that since I filed a claim with the BBB Autoline, that she is closing my case and will no longer be talking to me.
Well I reckon ill just have to open up a new case concerning my last visit.
Im not going away, no matter how much you try folks...

Ive been hearing some clanking noises from rear end as of late, and some whining which is what made me look underneath today.
