Having a major mechanical break down is a bummer. Having it acknowledged but not repaired correctly is inexcusable.

In time I have no doubt you’ll end up with a solid truck. Whether it’s this one or not is debatable. What a pain....

well judging by how things are going, the solid truck wont be this one.

Well if the arbitrator doesnt rule in my favor, then ive got a Lemon law lawyer ready to take it, so hopefully that will solve the problem.

Haven't had much time to crawl around the truck but noticed Pinion seal is leaking now and fog lights are cracked from light heat

Watch that pinion seal closely and keep an ear out for noise. Many times they leak as a result of incorrect pinion bearing setup and /or failure.

Ive been hearing some clanking noises from rear end as of late, and some whining which is what made me look underneath today.
