Have you thought about buying a 6 inch upgraded coilover and putting a spacer on top of that to achieve 8 inches of lift? I know a guy on this forum and his angles were no worse than a 2.5 inch levelling kit.

You can run a 37" tire with a 6" lift but you will not be able to run a -44 offset wheel. I have a -44 offset with 35x12.50's and it's a tight fit just because of the wheel. To get a -44 offset as far as I know you have to get at least a 12" wide wheel so it's just not going to fit unless you get like raptor quarter panels installed for bigger wheel wells.

The wheel I was looking at was 12 inch wide and -44 offset, I got 35x12.50R20 now so I might get those mounted on and when they wear out try and stuff 37x13.50R20 on. I got no problem cutting things to make it fit as long as I don't gotta cut the actual bumper. That's my truck as it sits now

Gotcha. I know for my current setup with the 35's I've had to trim both the front and the back of the fender wells, I've removed the air damn, trimmed the crash bars. It's an extremely tight fit. If you do the 37's with a 12" wide will and -44 offset I would say you most likely will be trimming the bumpers. My kit still rubs some.

Like stated, going to rub with that offset. You are going to need ~8.5"-9" most likely. Even then, crash bars probably wont make it.

Smartest thing to do would be back down on the offset. So you arent killing the front end, or rubbing.

Also for whats its worth, when i was talking to BDS, they seemed very hesitant about cranking up the coilovers too much. I was trying to figure out if you could get ~7.5" out of it without destroying the angles and he didnt seem too encouraging about it. This is NOT a quote, but I got the feeling like 6.5-7" max.

Ive never really thought about a small spacer on top of the coilover, obviously its not ideal but doesnt seem any worse than the huge strut extensions that come on the basic kits.

Wheels look great. Are they +1 offset?

I changed my mind on the 20x12 wheel and went for a less aggressive 20x10 with -12 offset to help bring the tires in and reduce rubbing. Still gonna go with the 37x13.50R20 and see how it goes. In the fabtech instructions it says you can fit a 37x12.50R20 tire without modding with a +20 off set so an extra inch wider tire should be able to clear with some trimming. I'll post results when done
