Any case, great work to all, great mod and great bang for the buck
Yeah I wasn't sure about that. I thought the 392 guys had to make some extra wiring mods. Am I wrong?

Thank you so much for those that helped start this project and livinitup for his help in the forscan programming and calibration. Definitely would have been a "wish I could" mod if you guys aren't here!

I wanted to ask how the collision warning is triggered. I tried an empty box and driving 5+mph. Nothing happens to my HUD(does light up at initial start) or sound plays. I do have the option in my pic.

do I need to add another fuse somewhere to have it do something?

thanks all!

Not according to this post

I believe I read later that he figured out his other questions also...So everything worked as installed

Now for my question. Someone had asked earlier if this could be done on a 501a that doesn't have the HUD connector and have it still work. Was this ever determined to be doable thing or is there something else that needs to be done to make it work? I have a 16 Lariat 501a package but it does not have the HUD connector in the dash. Not having the HUD is not a deal breaker, as I don't want to have to pull the dash to replace the wiring harness, but the ACC would be great to have. My g/f has it on her Jeep Cherokee TrailHawk and it is great for highway driving.

Thanks for all your wisdom on this!!!

won't be to hard to get the wires required up there

Just need two power wires a ground and hs2 +/-

They should be able to tap all of those from existing wires under the dash

My 302a had the hud plug from factory. I also had all the wires on the front harness except the power wire. Thus I had to do the "power mod". Other than that everything works perfectly.

Ok, I will change the name of the guide, but will make a note that there is a slight mod necessary. Do you have a write up on that?

Sorry, I guess I should have been more clear. I was wondering where you were getting the pictures of the replacement pig tails with the part numbers.
