Just ordered this in White off Amazon for $19. Red and Blues were $50. Think I might try acetone or nail polish remover to remove color.
Can you give me a link to the white for 19 bucks? I looked and can't find it. For 19 bucks I'll try too...
Edit... found and ordered it. I'm gonna try them upside down and if that looks funny or doesn't work I'll sharpie them. I only want them for the noise reduction not looks.
SO I got these mats. They are not reversible, the under side is a tacky high gloss finish. Also while they appear white in color they are glow in the dark. LOL They actually dont look bad . I am only using the ones in the doors and center console tray anyway. I did try acetone and it didnt even touch the silk screen as far as removing it. I did black out one of the mats that I am not using with a sharpie and that looks good so that is an option. Not to shabby for $19 bucks. They must not be selling to many GLOW IN THE DARK kits
Just some of the pieces. The long, tapered piece that touches the bottom of the photo goes in the passenger side console cubby.
Cubby below driver's door handle
Driver's door cup holder and middle cubby.
Driver's door back cubby
Left passenger door, rear cup holder and front pocket.
Passenger side components are the same, but mirror images. I wouldn't want to install them upside down. The bottom is smooth and shiny, while the top is textured and matte.
Not shown are the 4 cup holder pieces. I put them in for now, but am not sure that I will keep them in as they really aren't needed. The same goes for the insert for the long, skinny cubby between the console shifter and the cup holders. There are mats for the center console front cubby (with the usb ports). This fits in my console, but isn't the correct size due to a change in layout.
There is a piece for the cubby on top of the dash.
There is also a piece for the shelf over the glove box. Not going to use this as it really doesn't make much sense and probably makes the shelf even less usable.
There is a piece for the cubby that you would have if you don't have the console shifter.
There is one piece for the center console tray.
That leaves 1 other piece. Not sure where it goes. It's 4.25 inches by 6 inches on one side and 6.25 inches on the other. As this kit was meant for the newer model, I don't have a use for it.
Wrapped some paracord around my oh S#!@ handles. 50' of cord was enough to do all four handles. Fairly quick and easy little customization touch to add to your truck with loads of different color options to choose from.
