I zip tied a glass breaker / seatbelt cutter underneath my seat. It will come off with a quick pull so it’s easy to get in an accident or emergency.

A zip tie that comes off easily? You'd better check that..... Not my experience!

it’s designed to work this way. The zip tie attaches to the cover. Yanking on the device pulls it free while leaving the cover still attached.

If you hook a ziptie backwards they slip pretty easy too.

I have that same glass breaker and seatbelt cutter in my console. I've heard those won't work on windshields.

For those that may not know.... the front Driver's & Passenger's windows are laminated like the windshield on the '15+
