Seriously, if MPG is your main concern then stick with stock tires or tires that are similar to stock.

All I am saying is that if MPG is important to you then don't mess with it. Bigger tires, more aggressive tires, lifts, etc, all have an impact on MPG. And don't believe the <1mpg predictions either.

How was that worthless? I had a 2001 Dodge Ram that got 14mpg. I put mudder tires on it and it dropped to 11. I didn't care because I liked the look, and liked the offroad performance.
All I am saying is that if MPG is important to you then don't mess with it. Bigger tires, more aggressive tires, lifts, etc, all have an impact on MPG. And don't believe the <1mpg predictions either.

Going up an inch and a 1/2 and a bunch of weight I knew I would loose MPG, did it anyway and was surprised how little it went down.
I did add my input so the OP could keeping the stock size would be less than me after going bigger.
