To answer your question about acceleration, I would say I do not notice any loss off the line, and fuel economy is still to soon to tell. I ordered a Hypertech speedometer calibrator and will have more definite number in a few days. IMHO nothing comes close to the KO2's.
No question, the BFGs are the best out there. The Coopers were a lot cheaper, was just wondering how the heavy weight of the LT's affected the truck. Also disappointed that no white letters available on 20" sizes. There's literally no reason why not to. People who don't like them can run them with the blackwalls out.

I did not notice any loss of acceleration or any big change in fuel economy. The gain in stability towing and overall is well worth any loss and the extra cost. I just hope they keep making these in my size.

My experience with the KO2's I don't notice any loss of acceleration. On a recent 1000km trip I managed 10.1L/100km
which calculates out to 28mpg. Conversion is based on litres to imperial gallons. My truck is at 4000km so still
breaking in. My son traveled with me in his identical truck with the 5.0L 6 speed, stock 20" Hankooks. He managed 10.7L/100km.
The 275/60/20 size is 54.5 lbs per tire, D rated, about 8 lbs heavier than the Cooper AT3 in that size. Slightly stiffer riding
than the stock tires but not objectional at all.

Question for you all running BFGs on 20s: How close your front GAWR are you?

When my truck was on lot, it had Fuel Assault D546 20x9 & BFG AT 275/55R20s. With myself, my son & 1/2 tank fuel, it was 20lbs over front GAWR!

As I wanted to be able to use my truck as a truck and occasionally will get scaled I had to go back to stock 17 rims/Goodyear Wrangler - 265/70R17s - which bought me 100lbs.

It's the one part of my truck I'm not impressed with: Even my old '98 Ranger had 500lbs+ FGAWR available.

I replaced my Hankooks and was worried due to each tire being 12Lbs heavier ... I've not noticed any acceleration difference, but now I baby the throttle in 1st and 2nd... These tires cost too much to spin. Mine are 275/60-20's (I think, stock size for the Special Edition). As far as gas mileage, I've not noticed a difference.

I've had KO[2]'s on all 3 of my F150's, and love/trust them. Why does Ford make them "Stock" on the Raptors? To each there own. Good luck.

So for people running the 275 / 65 R 20's and the 275 / 60 R 20's what was the reason you chose the size you did? I know the 65's are about $50 more per tire, E rated opposed to the D rating of the 60, and about 1" taller than the 60. Just trying to decide if it's worth the $200 or not.

I went with 275/60-R20 because I wanted a slightl;y taller tire but don't plan on lifting the truck any time soon. The performance loss from the extra height is marginal. These BFG's are so much better looking and are much more grippy than the hankooks.
