I'm also doing the 6112's in the front Apples. I think I'm going to go 2.1 in the front. I think I'm wanting a second set of wheels to do some light off-roading and want as much clearance as possible. Unfortunately mine are on backorder until June - July.
Hey, the installation instructions sheet that was packed with the 6112s are a little different that those packed with the 5100s in that the 6112 instructions denote ride height options of 'stock, .5", 1", 1.5" and 2", approximately'... not that you're going to attempt to measure that last tenth of an inch lift.

Had I been successful at assembling the 6112/Bilstein coil/new Ford insulators and top mounts they'd be in the truck at the 1" lift position.
But now that they're not, yet, I'm mulling over the 2" height position then removing the rear suspension 1"lowering shackles I installed two years ago... my 5100s are at the stock ride height.
I am undecided. If I go the full 2" I'm gonna need steps for the lil' lady I'm married to. Almost need them now.
Originally set mine at 1.25 with a 2inch rear block. Not bad but wished I would of went higher. Finally had enough of wishing and reset them to 2.1. Still have an inch rake. Not sure if it will settle or not....Will replace rear block if I am not happy. Easy mod to make the way you want
Well 2.1 was too high for me. Re adjusted to 1.75. With a 2" rear block it measures 39" front and 40.5" in the back. I "think" I will be happy there
My stock measurements are 37" front and 39.75" rear. Not worried at all about running 2.1" in front and a 2.5" block in the back with 275/65/20's. I think it will look fantastic, especially with the 5160 reservoirs peeking out in back!
I just had the 5100's installed to level the truck and installed at the highest (leveling) setting at 2.25" suggested by Bilstein. Here is the final result. I think the front is a little too high for my liking and I am going to reinstall at the 1.5" setting (second highest) and hopefully it gives a little rake from front to back. The picture might not give justice but the front seems higher than the rear., and the front fender is about 1/8 higher than the rear fender. But when I measure from cab to concrete from just behind the front wheel to just in front of the rear tire I am about 3/4 inches lower in the front. But again the front wheel wheel looks higher, giving it an illusion that the front is higher than the back (which I do not want), I think you can really see it in the third picture below. Thoughts? I just installed these BFG KO2 275 65 R20's
Original factory with 275 55 R20 new BFG KO2 275 65 R20 and the Bilstein 5100 front setting at 2.25" (highest and recommended by Bilstein for leveling) new BFG KO2 275 65 R20 and the Bilstein 5100 front setting at 2.25" (highest and recommended by Bilstein for leveling)
