You make a good point about the sound level differences. I'm torn but I don't want to throw down 200 bones on a mid pipe delete and hate it so that's why I figured I'd give it some time. I'll admit that I do like to hear the exhaust more so than maybe others do with the exception of highway driving. Coming from a Flowmaster kit, the Corsa seems much more refined, stock like smoothness but with a great sound and no harshness.
Whether it be due to driving habits, in one’s own head, or whatever “Break-in” may be occurring (Even though in reality I don’t think the way the Corsa muffler is made should result in any break-in).......give it some time because it does tend to get a little louder (whether or not it’s actually measurable with a dB meter lol)

I'm still impressed with how good the good sounds come through and how all the drone is completely cancelled out. I do definitely plan on getting the blackened tips in a few months. Not a huge fan of chrome but I decided the cost difference was about the same in waiting and getting the tips separately and at a later date.

The Corsa exhaust came with dual tips I bought black but I felt the look was a bit much for a f150 and more suited for the f250 or larger truck so I bought the single black tip and had a local muffler shop weld it on ... much better look and the sound didn't seem to change enough to notice
Picture of dual tips before I changed to the single
I’m admittedly biased toward the black tips, although it definitely depends on the color/trim package.
Sound shouldn’t have any change single vs dual (on the corsa tips) due to it being a Y-split/connection right at the end. Nothing really changes flow or location-wise to cause an audible change.
