That is a good dealer labor rate. Around here door rate is 135-180 depending on the dealership.

I have two Firestone shops near me. A few years ago, one of the shops was recommended for alignments. The alignment tech had been there for over 25 years and handled all of the custom, antique, and hard to align vehicles. Fast forward a few years, all of Firestone's alignment technicians are trained and rotate in and out of the alignment bay and the quality of alignments has gone downhill. I have one shop, not Firestone, that uses a senior tech for alignments who does a very good job.

Labor rates:
Local Ford dealer $145/hr
Firestone: $125/hr
