Thanks.
Power ran to the USB port? New style port or the original?
I didn't have to do anything after upgrading to Sync 3 for it to recognize the port.

Depends how good you are at physically remapping your battery junction box or modifying ones from an excursion to work in the F150. I think that you can set them live at any speed with ForScan by enabling 3rd row power folding seats in the BCM, and then playing guessing games with the battery junction box to see if you can plug a the right mystery relay into the right mystery socket.

I was going to attempt that on mine (I looked at it last weekend), but in my battery junction box, relay sockets which aren't mapped don't even have the female pins in place...

So, not only has this not been found, I'd declare it's impossible with ForScan.

I was going to remake my video on them this weekend for the physical work around. I have a new gimble to play with from amazon, and I desperately need to remake that poor youtube video I have now.

My truck has Curve Control and auto high beam headlights so it has the camera behind the rearview mirror. Im wondering what other features I can turn on with FORscan that don't require additional parts? Also, what features can i turn on that DO require me to buy additional parts?

And it doesn't light up or anything, try plugging a USB drive in for it to read.
Mine worked without doing anything from what I remember.
Maybe the fuse is blown?
The USB cable is plugged in completely, don't know if you had to trim the cable to fit or not.

I can connect and see everything. I was trying to help sdt532000 who can't see all his modules. He said he has the extended license, tried diff connections, tried the diff switch position, clicked no to load profile, uninstalled and reinstalled forscan, etc I am leaning towards the adapter not reading the switch correctly. May need a diff one. I guess livin will have to help,I can't think of any other options to try. Even tho we were in the original thread and started using forscan at the same time he is the genius and for him it's easy to understand.

No, it does light up, but I think I may have a bad USB port on the APIM.
