It is confusing to me because he has different values listed for this feature than what the spreadsheet lists. Is the spreadsheet incorrect?

Thanks. Yeah, I guess I'll have to just give it a try and see how it goes. was just wondering if anyone had a similar setup and can confirm the coding.

I should be more specific. The codes you chose are different than the ones on the "common" tab:
727-01-01 xx5A xxxx xxxx
727-01-02 00xx xxxx xxxx
This is also why I am asking for help here. I have read so many solutions that 'work' but I figure this is the place to get the right answer or actual results!

I also noticed the 727-01-01 xx5A xxxx xxxx (which will work for some if you have an amp or digital processor that will take high level inputs, because I'm not sure "external Variables" is a low level input) I guess it's time to start changing things and see which one works the best.

What stereo set up are you going with?

Some where along the line I lost RDS on the home screen. I get the radio station name but not the song or singer. If I go to the screen with the presets source buttons etc it shows up. It was showing up before I did the heated cooled seats and HSW on the home screen. I am not sure when it disappeared, but it is gone on my Explorer and F150. Sync 3 V2.3

Mine did the same thing for about a week, then slowly started showing back up. Don't know how or why...

I just went out to play with it. I got it working. Seems if you go to settings then radio and select radio text. It shows the station name. If you turn off radio text it shows the song and singer.

Speaking of all this stereo stuff, has anyone noticed if you disable the factory EQ (727-01-02: 00xx xx), that the sub output goes full range? I have the factory Kicker sub, with aftermarket door speakers/amp. I wanted to send full range sound to my door speakers, instead of the HPF stuff from the stock head unit. I made the above changes in for scan, and set the aux 1 output to mono subwoofer, but the sound is still full range being sent to the sub, which sounds terrible. However the door speakers sound great since they are getting full range sound.
Has anyone been able to get no factory EQ / Full range sound out've the door speakers, while still getting LPF out of the factory sub plug?

I saw this asked in another thread, figured it would be better here! The driving modes we have 1. Normal 2. Tow Haul 3. Snow/Wet 4. Eco 5. Sport-----Is there a way to make any of these a default at every startup besides Normal?
