Thank you all for all the countless hours of work.

Today my 2017 F150 STX had the following changes

Added backup camera to sync 3 8” screen
Turn signals @ 7 flashes
Disable panic mode
Disable door chime

Will play again later with some other options but since I do. It have allot of options looks like choices are limited.

With this thread I now can firmly say the XL is everything I want nothing I don’t

Still trying to get the hyperflash fixed and the back up sensors silenced

everything else I have tried has worked. I switched my start up screen to the GT Performance display, but forgot I disabled that and enabled the quick boot.

The vin matches my truck. I deleted forscan version 13. Reinstalled version 12. Same thing.

I can get the fan speed to show but the temp just pops up on the screen but doesnt actually show a change in temp. Does yours show anything when you change the temperature?

I am new to this and was going to back up as recommended. Should I back up every as built module or only the ones marked with the arrows? I only plan on making the changes in this awesome document that Livnitup created. Thank you.

Yes it does, it didn't start working right away when I made the change. I didn't have the fan or temperature show before I made the change. I made the change and nothing happened, had an errand to run and when I got back into the truck at the store, I tried it and it worked.

Back up everything. Safer that way, and they don't take up much room.

Made the change to

7D0-04-01 xxxx xxx2 xxxx since i do not have the dual control. The fan speed shows up and works fine. Although the temp circle shows up but no actual temp change when the **** is turned. I will give it a few days and see if it starts working. If not then maybe i will try to change the number to "0"
