Sooo, my Mexico-spec, Swedish-imported and adapted truck seems to have the parking lights from the stock LEDs up front disabled (hardware). I've read the guide a couple of times by now, but still I'll ask. Can you perhaps do turns and fogs as a combination for DRL? I'm semi-sure it can't be done, but I have to ask the more knowledgeable people here 🙂.

Great pix, love the grey sports car! The underbed storage is smaller than my old Ridgeline, but you don't have to empty the back half of the bed to access it, major points there.
Thanks for sharing!

Default Hyper flash?

I know most will say go use the search function, but Ive had a hard drive crash and my phones not cutting it. Im changing out my oem turn signals, brake lights and head lights. What will I need to change in forscan to keep from getting hyper flashing and is there any thing else I may need to change. Im lucky enough to use my brothers laptop this weekend to do the changes.

Thanks in advance.

You don't even have to search just go to linked spreadsheet on post #1

Revisiting the psi placard. I noticed in the previous post that there is a reference to converting psi to hex. I don't see that reference in the google doc spreadsheet. Is that necessary? And if so converting 35 to hex comes back as 23. Is that correct?

My value is 35 psi front and rear. Can't I just use "8" (which I tried before and it displayed in metric) or "C" as mentioned in the spreadsheet?

EDIT: "C" Did the trick.

Now revisiting global window. While I was in Forscan fixing the psi placard I decided to look at my settings for global window. I didn't see any missing or incorrect settings. So I decided to look at the ready made settings under BCM module configuration. I noticed that all the global open/close settings were enabled except for global close 5 and global open 5. These were disabled. I wonder if that is my issue for the global window not working. And I wonder if all my asbuilt settings are correct why are these items disabled? Maybe they should be, I just don't know.

But before I try to enable those items I want to confirm if they should be.

Anybody know for sure?

yesterday I was watching a new superduty back up and the tailgate lamp lit up when he backed up unless he had amazing back up lights but from what I saw they were halogens. Are we sure there isnt maybe something in the BCM being as there is quite a bit of code that interchanges between the f150 and superduty?

If you think there is a way to change it you are more than welcome to try. That’s how many early things were found. It could be in the firmware even. Many vehicles have some code in common, most of the existing spreadsheets are from other vehicles other than the F150, many things will not work on a F150. I would not depend on the trailer assist lamp to provide lighting behind the truck to back up.
