While im here does anyone know which changes to use to have the outside yellow halos ( I think that’s what thier called around out side edge of headlights ) on my 2017 with factory LED headlights to have them turn on and remain bright when the DRL turn on in daytime? I have looked at the “also works for led headlights” one in spread sheet I’m just not sure if that will do it?thanks in advance ...
Which one were you using? I tried: DRL - Parking Lights only (stock LEDs only) but the halo is so dim you couldn't see it at all in the daytime.
I switched to: DRL - Parking Lights & Turns only. They're nice and bright (turns are) and front and rear parking are always on for safety. And it looks cool

Is there a way to have the halos at a higher brightness level instead of using turn signals, that anyone has heard of?

Ummm, mine aren't.
I have parking lights set as DRLs on my truck. During remote start warm up the halos are full bright, but when I hit the start button and am driving around during the day or night the halo brilliance reduces to a lower level.
I have seen them at full bright, like when they flash when locking the doors, but they don't stay that way while I'm driving.
I was going to get around to trying the full bright mode this weekend but I do have a concern regarding longevity of the halo strips and also if it's bright all the time will that be a real annoyance to other oncoming traffic or tend to wash out the turn signals when they are in use.

Edit: Also it looks like we're looking for the same solution

I'll give Tipmans suggestion a try tonight and see if it makes a difference as i'd love to use the halo instead of turn signals.
This was also mentioned here: https://www.f150forum.com/f118/forsc...5/#post6031026
Fingers crossed!

SuperDuty is going to be WAY different than my 2017, the whole front end is different so I seriously doubt they would work the same (Plus the white halo vs our amber)
Edit: Also it looks like we're looking for the same solution![Smile](https://www.f150forum.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Firerunner.
I am sorry to say that I tried Lincoln Timeless and Lincoln next using the changes in 7DO-03-01 only. They did not work. Did I do something wrong? Keep in mind I have sync3. And the 302a options.
thanks
John

Sorry I do not know how to use this forum very well yet. I may be asking for help twice on the same problem.
I am trying to get a Lincoln splash screen for the color gold I like. Firerunner I more than likely did something wrong.
I tried changing line 7DO-03-01 only for the Lincoln timeless and Lincoln next but did not work. What did I do wrong.
2017 XLT 302a option with sync 3 and a 5L engine.
thanks
John

7D0-02-01 xxxx x4xx xxxx Lincoln Presidential
7D0-02-01 xxxx x3xx xxxx Lincoln Black
7D0-02-01 xxxx xExx xxxx Continental
Then -Choose 7D0-03-01 xxxx x*xx xxxx Visual Design Variants: , 2=Lincoln Timeless, 3=Lincoln Next,
# 2 Gives you White buttons, #3 Makes them Brown.
I did
7D0-01-02- 8xxx- xxxx -xxxx
7D0-02-01 xxxx x3xx xxxx Lincoln Black
7D0-03-01 xxxx x3xx xxxx
You can pick the 7D0-02-01 version of your choice - then pair it with the other two changes
