Until I learn more about the collateral effects of Forscan deactivation, I’ll continue to shut it off with the dash button.
It's good to know both methods produce the same DTC.

All I can add is that I found that auto/stop start disable trigger by loading the as built data from a barrel-ignition-start 2016 Platinum 5.0L F150 onto my truck (VIN for reference: 1FTFW1EFXGFB18463) and working my way backwards. If setting 726-48-02 X0XX XXXX XXXX is as devastating as some users claim, I wonder why these forums aren't full of 2015 and 2016 owners complaining of battery and BMS problems when it's the default as-built value Ford chose for several thousand F150's.

Just to clarify: the Forscan way does not store a DTC. The connector disconnect does. But both methods result with the same cluster message line « auto stop disable due to vehicle charging » or something similar.

I was wondering why no one was helping me out haha. So when I did forscan the first time I didn’t have those x’s on my config screen. When I swapped the APIM over and reconnected with the new APIM in the red x’s popped up. I waitrd a few minutes, with the truck off and this is the result, should I have any red x’s ?
Originally when swapping the APIM I couldn’t even get into the APIM cells and my truck was loading as a Lincoln because that’s what it was from. After a few tried it finally let me put my as builts in

Is there a way for the global window modification to apply to all four doors in a super crew, rather than just the front two doors?

How long does it take to get authentication for the free version of FORScan? I've been waiting roughly a week and would like to make a few changes on the 2019 which was delivered on Friday.

Thanks

Time to try again? My experience was less than a day.

Default When AA stops playing media, the radio starts, is there anyway to stop this?

As the title states... Whenever media stops playing through AA, whether it's Spotify or Pocket casts, the last radio channel comes blaring through the speakers within seconds. This is a huge issue for me as I live in one city and work in another and it's just far enough away that static is common. This is my only problem with this wonderful truck... I've reached out to many service departments about this issue with no resolve. I'm sure it's a "feature", but one I'd love to live without. I've searched the forum and couldn't find anything, but maybe my wording was tricky. I was wondering if anybody knew of a FORScan solution that would keep this "feature" at bay and stay on current media or at least just peace and quiet, not blaring static or radio station. I've tried to leave it on an empty Sirius channel but it always reverts back to AM/FM radio. Thanks guys!

I do believe it's automated. Mine has always come back within seconds. Check your junk mail and see if it's there, or verify you entered your email address correctly?
