This may not be in the right place, this is my first post. But I started using Forscan this evening on my 2016 F150 Lariat. The GT-Blue Theme animation on the screen never would work and the APIM now has an issue. When I hit the "play" button it is loading to 12% and says "Service interupted" Any ideas?

Likely need to enable it in the IPC.

Thanks for the input, you are correct. I just got it working after I finally found the applicable IPC address and data changes in another thread. Lots of reading and searching but it paid off.

did you try the non-USA country code in APIM? 7D0-02-01 5753 xxxx xxxx
this is what I see in the latest version of spreadsheet. perhaps a reset of the APIM and/or master reset of the screen is required after making the change.

Yeah. That’s the numbers I put in... i didn’t do the reset tho

give the resets a shot- I have had some changes not work until after I reset the modules. I do not have nav in my Sync3 3.3 system but I was going to give that change a try to see if it will let me fully access my stored music library on iphone while driving. right now it limits me to "recently selected" while driving and it's quite annoying.

Yes select another theme and see if that works better. I am pretty sure the GT Theme is no longer available for use. Start with the original Ford Theme and go from there

Perhaps the GT theme functionality depends on version of Sync. I am running Sync 3.3 and use the GT + Blue theme, works fine.

I just got my 2019 3 weeks ago, updated Sync before Forscan. Have the GT Ford Performance startup and blue background on mine. Wifes wants it on her Expy now because she likes the way it looks
