Followed your steps and all is good. Speed is exact same as GPS and no fault codes. After entering the value for tire size, I performed a relearn of both the PCM & TCM module. DTC is cleared and I'm good to go.
@Livnitup, I follow Cristy Lee on Facebook because....well...it's Cristy Lee
.....Anyway, I noticed on a picture she recently posted in her F150 that the speed limit is displayed on the digital speedometer tab. Have you ever seen that before...or better yet know how to make it happen on mine?
I've seen it on the navigation tab, but never with the digital speedo

Yeah I believe that's here but it's tied to cluster firmware so doubt you can get it work on your F150 like her Super Duty: NAV Speed Sign: 720-07-01 xxxx x*xx xxxx

Aww crap....I forgot the Super Duties share the same interior. Got all excited for nothing...lol
Yeah there is some mistake for that entry on the spreadsheet and there must be some other calculation/algorithm going on there other than simply being Tire Circumference in cm converted to hex.
that makes sense- have you ever played around with it to see what it does? I do not have nav, and with the different entries I have tried just messing around with it, i could not detect any noticeable changes. seems very odd to have a redundant tire size setting in APIM when BCM already has it.
I did every time I changed the ratio value and again when I went back to original value. Wrench is gone, but DTC 160 is still there but lamp has been turned off. I'll look again after changing the tire size value.
Are you 100% sure you did the "PCM Module Initialization / Relearn Data" procedure and not just do a PCM module Reset? The PCM Relearn procedure is located at the top of the list in the Configuration and Programming screen (cpu icon). You must also run that after making a non standard ratio change- that could be why you got the wrench icon.

Thanks again for your help!
