So after pulling up your VIN's as-built, your values are the same as mine with LEDs and I'm using this and don't have the hyperflash of turn signals on dash:
726-27-01 0001 0000 01xx

All I can suggest is double check what you wrote the first time.

U3000 are permanent DTCs. You cannot erase them with normal tools.

Is there a module that affects the side mirror spot light operation other than the 726-56-01 address in the BCM? I tried the jumper mod to have the spots operate at all speeds and now the spots don't work at all. I also tried flsdiver suggestion to reset the BCM module. This is my original post in the "Run the spotlights whenever you want" thread- Thx

Need a little help! I did this mod today and all went well... until I tried to use the spots - nothing. They worked last night, but after the mod, they don't. Fuse #16 is good and I have 12volts to pin 1. Put everything back to factory and still no spotlights. All the other light functions appear to be normal. I'm going to try a "reset" tomorrow (remove negative battery cable). I was careful not to short any of the pins to each other during the mod process. Anyone have any suggestions?? Thx

Other than the BCM value you referenced above, there is no other value that controls/affects the spot lights.

Thanks - I was afraid of that... Don't know what I did, but it killed my spot's! Let the fun begin!

just did that as a last ditch effort for it to hopefully correct itself.
