I saw one thing on the spreadsheet today too and was meaning to ask about it.
In the SCCM tab, regarding 724-03-01 **xx-xxxx-xx, what is '23' (Ford LOL 1)?
I think the IPC address 720-04-02 xxxx 02 is where the country code lies that you're after. I think 5553 02 is USA and 4341 02 is Canada.
The Country Code of the cluster is written in the eeprom outside of what FORScan can program and this is what determines whether the cluster defaults to mph vs km/h on startup. So on Canadian clusters there would be 4341 here as well in the as-built code in IPC. I've tried in the past changing my own IPC as-built country code in FORScan to 4341 and it still defaulted to mph at startup. So if someone can prove me wrong by changing their Canadian IPC as-built country code to 5553 and showing that it defaults to mph at startup, I'd love to see it. Below is a pic of the cluster's eeprom showing the country code:
Last weekend I saved backup copies of all my modules original "As Built" configuration. During the "Save All" process of one of the modules, FORScan "Stopped Responding" and closed. Nonetheless I was able to reopen FORScan and finish saving all module original As Built configurations. Seems I am the only one to have encountered this issue.
Since I was already looking for a good excuse to replace my old Windows 7 laptop, this was all I needed. I sure didn't want FORScan to Stop Responding while it was writing to a module.
I am extremely pleased to report this morning I did the Auto Fold modification to my 2015 F150 with Trailer Tow Mirrors and all went well.
One of the hardest parts for me was swapping pins 18 & 19 of both mirror connectors. Very hard for us older folks to see how to remove the pins from the connector.
Since I am the only person that uses the vehicle, I don't think the qty of fold/unfold events will be an issue. If it is, I will try the Lincoln style of Auto Fold.
I hear you on not wanting to lose connection during a write. When i had a focus that happened to me. Had a bit of a pucker moment! Threw the cheap ebay elm 327 away and got a obdlink mx. No problems since. Go ahead and do the Lincoln auto fold. I bet you'll like it. It doesn't unfold until you shut the drivers side door
Hello, All. Great thread! I programmed a number of changes to include autofold mirrors. Question is whether there's a way to set Lincoln fold after engine off without requiring to lock? At my house I park in my garage and don't lock my doors; however, I'd love for the mirrors to fold up. Thoughts?

Thats some good hard sleuthing. What did you use to read the compiled code?
If it makes you feel any better, my new, fresh off the line 2017 was full of DTCs the first time I looked at it (before making any edits ever).
DTC's will get stored until cleared. I see keep-alive sequence DTCs all the time and yours look the same. I typically see them in the APIM, PCM, FCIM or TCM. I think they're all caused by my nemesis; auto stop/start or sync telematics, either way, they occur when I do a full ignition restart [after opening the and closing drivers door].
My truck hasn't exploded yet.
I highly doubt there is any thing any authorized Ford dealer can do about it. I think taking it in is waist of your time. Do so if you want, but share your results with us.
People seem to forget that this is a living organism (well almost). Code is always talking and its fickle. When you have millions of lines of code between all modules, something will always cause a DTC to show.
Like you said, until your truck explodes, you're fine. Drive the **** out of it and enjoy it, that is if its not at the dealer for myriad of manufacturing problems/defects.
