It seems to me that recently someone pm'd me that did a mod that caused the same thing though but at a different address and after resetting their BCM (wrench icon in FORScan) it was working again. If you have a 1 in the position above then leave this address alone because this is the address (2nd set of #'s) that may give you the pulsating courtesy lights.
Lookup your BCM as-built info here: http://motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt with your VIN and undo all the addresses of the mods you did in BCM if the above doesn't work.

Is there anyone local to central MD that is knowledgeable using FORScan. I would love to throw someone a few bucks if they could show me how to set my ANZO Day time running lights to be on all the time.

I also read that if you do disconnect the battery, that you should do an idle relearn for the PCM to relearn the idle base line, or something. 2016BGG posted a youtube video on how to do it a while back. I do this now after I have disconnected my battery for something.

The same has happened to me. Disconnecting the battery as described above corrects it for me.

It's my first day
To all those who come here, read the thread and never post anything (Hi there countless Ford employees), thought I'd mention I'll be at Princess Auto in North Edmonton Saturday morning for a local Alberta F150 meet. I'll undoubtedly be programming a lot of different things for a whole bunch of people with ForScan if anyone here cares a swing by.
