I currently have the Paramount Grill with the yellow lights instead of the Amber like a couple other people have posted in this thread.
I contact Paramount today and they informed that they switched vendors because, the amber lights were not sealed properly and water was getting in them causing them to short out.
I was told that all orders going forward at this point would include the yellow lights. The switch was made a couple months ago. If your order the grille you should expect to receive the version with the yellow lights. They have no plans to source new lights at this point.
Maybe if people stop ordering the grille, they will get the point and rectify the situation.
That being said does anybody have any ideas for replacement lights. I haven't seen anything in posts that would work on our grilles.
I wonder if you could simply tint the lights with a dark tint to get the color closer to what you would prefer?
I haven't tried that yet but, I did try dimming them and that didn't help. Maybe we can use the lights from the galaxy moto grill.
I wonder if anybody can post a picture of how they mount to the grill.
Mine is supposed to be her tomorrow, I may try some lens tinting paint that I have laying around from a prior motorcycle project and see how that works. Dark red tint plus the yellow should yield some variant of amber.
Just ordered my grill and F and R.... Thinking about about doing a Magnetic paint match on the FORD and otter rim and just leaving the mesh black. Thoughts?
I've just purchased a "blank" Paramount grille, with honeycomb only and no letters. I've inquired with galaxymotoinc on eBay, and the response I received stated that they do not supply the letter pack separately. So no letters for me, unless another forum member has an idea I haven't considered.
I'm thinking about doing this instead. This is a mock-up (using another forum member's truck) of what I'm considering: a 9" Magnetic/Gloss Black oval in the center of the grill, which will also help conceal the camera a bit. I'll need to do some PTM of the bumper and other parts, anyway...
I'm interested in suggestions/feedback from those who have done this or were able to get the letters from somewhere else.

Mine is actually in the paint shop right now doing that exact thing! But the mesh on mine is more of a gray so I'm having them paint that gloss black. I'll post pics once it's up

Can you post a picture of the grille when you receive it? I am a fan of the honeycomb look and the raptor grille fits the bill without any letters. Im planning on having it painted black and using the blue oval in the middle somehow.
