For the exact procedure for adjusting panels, go to the "search" above. Type in "Moonroof Adjustment Procedure Help" and then look at posts #6 and #7 under that thread. Post #7 gives you a PDF link to Ford's exact alignment specs.
Not sure what others are using for lubricants, but the lubricant used in the Ford TSB (16-0020) is a Dupont product sold through Rotunda (Ford's affiliate) and other aftermarket sellers like Amazon. Dupont refers to it as "Krytox" GPL 205 Fluorinated Grease. The Rotunda part number is 164-R4906. IMO it's very expensive but appears to be a quality product. Pull up the TSB to find out the recommended application. Good luck.

That's great news. I ordered the grease so soon as it gets in I will perform the TSB. Tired of this rattle trap over every crack & bump.

After 31 days in the shop (after six previous attempts) my truck was returned to me Friday from the dealer with the new moonroof frame....added bonus is the tan headliner covered in grease finger prints! Disgusted that a $70k truck now has a headliner that looks like it's ten years old and a new moonroof that is worse than before.

Anyone in Canada have the TSB 160020 done with the Krytox grease yet.
I waited 2 weeks for my Dealership in Alberta to bring in the Krytox. I checked today and there was no record of an order going in.
Parts Service followed up and I was told Krytox is not permitted to be imported into Canada. They are not able to perform the TSB for the issue unless another grease can be substituted.
