I would at least take your truck in and have them perform the TSB. I just had it done again yesterday. It lasts about a month before the noise comes back but it is at least a month of not wanting to drive your truck off a cliff to put it out of its misery.

Any idea what percentage of vehicles equipped with the moon roof are experiencing these issues? I'm considering a leftover 2015 Lariat with a moon roof but I'm not sure I want to take the risk of having to deal with the troubles you guys are sharing. Brutal. $60k on a truck and people are having to deal with obvious quality issues that are barely being recognized by Ford. Poor showing by Ford.
I guess no real way to know if a vehicle will be affected by this issue until you buy it and drive it for a few months?

I have 3,900 miles on my truck and this just started happening as well...I'm afraid to let them tear everything apart to fix it...hopefully they can adjust it or grease whatever is rubbing together..thoughts?

Mine was a minor rattle at about 21000 miles. If I pressed on the glass at the front it quit. Dealer had it for half a day. Can't tell the did anything by looking at it, but no rattle and works great. Now have 27000.
