Red face Shaking 2019 F150 5.0 on the highway in 8-10 gears

Hello to all the members. Hope someone will help to solve problem. Mileage 80K.

Problem: when going to the highway and driving on cruise control, in 10th gear at a flat road everything is fine. But as soon as small changes in the load begin (the road, for example, has an inconspicuous rise), small jerks of the car begin, the instantaneous fuel consumption goes up, in some cases it switches to 8-9 gears. At the same time, the RPM are not the lowest - 1200 and more. Further, the same jerks can be on 8-9 gears.

What was before that:
1. Errors P0390+P0394 and the catalyst popped up from time to time for a few months, were reset, but during one of the trips at one moment I simply could not drive on the highway because the car hardly jerked (I drove like this for 50 miles and returned), then the engine even started to tripping in the city, and I replaced the VCT oil solenoid according to the instructions. The errors did not return, no misfires, the problems were almost not noticeable in the city, because... 7-8 gears maximum are used. But jitters appeared in high gears on the highway, which were not there before.
2. In parallel, before the problem arose in step 1, I replaced the tire circumference parameter via Forscan (it was about 2420, set it to 2505, because the difference was about 3%), because of wide wheels of large diameter (305/55/R20) are used. Now I returned this parameter back - but the problem with jitter did not go away. BTW it's little strange because according to all calculators and instructions I should set tire circumference 2649, but this couse really wrong speed on my truck.

I read a bunch of similar messages. But no luck to solve my problem.

As for now:
1. No brake booster or other leaks were found.
2. 1-2 tanks of premium fuel have been rolled out. The problem remains.
3. EDB scanner shows different amounts of ethanol in fuel from 9 to 25% (although I filled the fuel without it). Possibly leftovers? About 3-4 tanks ago there was indeed e-gasoline.
4. Sparks were changed about 5K miles ago. The reason was that when you pressed the accelerator pedal in the city, the engine sometimes began to run unevenly. That problem was solved.
5. Air filter was changed 10K miles ago. Oil and oil filter are fresh.
6. I reset the transmission table using Forscan. Without changes.
7. Reset KAM (by disconnecting the battery like in YTube). Without changes.
8. No errors appear at all for last 2 months.

Tell me where to look? I think I should check the oil level in the gearbox.
I don’t really want to reflash the box with third-party units for $400.
Thanks in advance for your help.
