Just pitching in for reference - after I got mine hooked up about a week ago I've used it several times, but not once has the app confirmed the vehicle started. It usually confirms lock/unlock, but never a start, but it does work. With the problems others are having I wouldn't be surprised if it was something on Fords end, just figured I'd throw that out there

I do have confirmations on lock, unlock, start, etc, (still no oil)
I did lose confirmation changing 02 02 (xBxx) maybe some others where B was, don't ask me why, I don't know.

Not to far back in this thread someone tried to add it to his 2015 Explorer. It can not be done
