Does anyone have a spare JL3Z-18812-AC they could sell me? It's the splitter cable with the two connectors to the antenna. I tried ordering from Tasca but they are on backorder from ford and this is the last cable I need to get started.
I had the same issue. I bought one from FordPartsGiant though and it shipped today. I'd try them or maybe call some dealers and see who has one in their local warehouse

It is 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid. I know that you will ask - what I'm doing on this forum But unfortunately there is not a lot of information on other forums
Right now I'm searching place where to buy wiring diagrams for 2019 Ford Fusion and how to add HS4 CAN to my car.
Gateway is on the way to me
A ford forum is a Ford forum. There's hardly a difference between your Fusion, My F150 and the Lincoln and Mondeo owners who have posted in this thread before you.
On that note, we know that Ford and Lincoln TCU's seem to be brand specific by firmware (somehow). A lincoln TCU will not pair to the Ford Pass app.
The reason why I bring this up is because Ford also uses a completely different app for Hybrid Ford owners. I'm not sure that a vehicle tied to the My Ford Mobile Service will connect to a TCU normally programmed to pair with the Sync Connect & Ford Pass Service.
Could be something to consider. The two Ford Owner apps are quite different from each other.
Someone has wired in HS4 to their gateway on their own and made Sync Connect work that way. That info is in this thread somewhere. I'm not sure what options you have though.

Thank you for all explanations. You right - there are two different ford apps, but the one to the left is for Ford Plug-In owners. Hybrid is almsot the same car as other except with battery in trunk
I already have gateway with HS4 support, Sync 3 that was made in March 2020 and have HS4 support as well and TCU. Also get wiring diagrams for 2019+ module communication network.
So it seems I'm read for interesting experiments, that are planned for this Sunday.
I've got a 2015 F-150 502a, I used @2016BoostedGreyGoose harness, plug and pay was easy as pie!!
You plug the black plug into the TCU, the gray plug plugs into AMP and the plug for the amp plugs into the other grey plug.
Route the orange wire along the foot well up to the passenger footwell. Pop the fuse panel off and unplug the plug that's removed.
Pin 15 is what their harness says to use, but my truck had it full, so they said to use 16. It's the empty one on the bottom middle row.
I've got some pics, I'll post some more tomorrow.
I'd like to do this in my 2018 STX. I currently have the Ford Remote access which won't work after December 2020. I have the Ford VSS module connected at the back of the gateway module via the t-harness so it seems the toughest part will be finding a TCU for a reasonable price. Ebay is hit and miss and I don't have any local salvage yards that let you pull parts (well, I do but they don't have late model vehicles). I will they would just release a 4G version of the module that Remote Access uses but I don't think that's happening. I had to get a radio module from a 17 Explorer to get sirius in the truck and have it look factory.

I have a extra unit, but it's not a LTE hotspot one.
