From your picture. it looks like you may already have an antenna. The purple Fakra connector is correct for the Fordpass functionality. if you don't want the hotspot I believe you just don't hook up an antenna to the yellow connector. When I did my 2018 STX I used a TCU without hotspot and it just has the purple connector. Do you have an antenna under your headliner near the 3rd brake light? I can't imagine you would have the antenna connector and not an antenna. You need a harness to hook up the power and data for the TCU. One of the users on here sells them.

and even then, you don't know fer sure you have the antennae , , ,
you could tone that purple cable end and see if it's open, or if it has a antennae on the other end and ohms out.
in that other post showing the tcu, that large white receiver, the right 40%, is where I'm plugged into, and yes, the user BGG is your harness guru,
you don't show it in your last picture, and ford didn't likely hide it anywhere else,
how you have that antennae cable is anyones guess, maybe a worker was feeling really ambitious that day,
your model is an xl, a base model with not too many bells, or whistles, no gimmees.
