I can't imagine you would have the antenna connector and not an antenna. You need a harness to hook up the power and data for the TCU. One of the users on here sells them.
where’s the module that hooks in to?

Can you ask your question differently? I'm not following what you are asking.

There must be a BCM somewhere that this connects to, besides the antenna. BGG makes a harness I beleive..

So question for Ford technicians on forum....... Why would I have an antenna cable but no tcu harness in my 2017 XL STX 101a package? This does not make sense. Could this harness be wedged in the passenger side panel molding? Why an antenna cable then?

you could tone that purple cable end and see if it's open, or if it has a antennae on the other end and ohms out.

in that other post showing the tcu, that large white receiver, the right 40%, is where I'm plugged into, and yes, the user BGG is your harness guru,
you don't show it in your last picture, and ford didn't likely hide it anywhere else,
how you have that antennae cable is anyones guess, maybe a worker was feeling really ambitious that day,
your model is an xl, a base model with not too many bells, or whistles, no gimmees.
