yup,
just happened to me today also, worked yesterday,
also a 2015,
phone, I 8, updated to 14.2 yesterday or day before,
app worked yesterday, prior to update,
today NFG,
app is version 3.13.1 usa,
there were some posts a few pages up, I'm heading there next.

ok,
not a new phone but an I8 that updated os to 14.2 yesterday,
same as LORDV8R, "message in fordpass says that it is active but the buttons don't show up",
did Jamie's master reset on the sync,
deleted vehicle from app, deleted app, reloaded both,
saw message in fordpass says that it is active, accepted on sync screen,
no love,
buttons don't show up on app, and app still has "Activate Vehicle", although I accepted already in truck , , ,

who else ?

Seems like there's issues with the service itself. After the app update, there's been a lot of slowness and the app fails to load properly.

yeah, my app is doing screwy things for sure, not loading main page, flipping back to details screen, shutting down on simple swipes,
Friday it will be better

I just uninstalled the new version and installed 3.11.1 from apkmirror. As soon as it loaded up the buttons were back.

same iOS 14.2 tried resetting everything, still no buttons for start lock and unlock

I had the same thing happen as well. Was working fine for months and then with an app update from three days ago it broke everything. I wish they brought back the scheduled starts though
