No, it's still mucked up,
I've deleted and added back truck a dozen times now,
the app says "Activate Vehicle",
I press button,
get pop up on sync screen and accept,
the app never goes live,
keeps reverting back to the app saying "Activate Vehicle",

ok,
not a new phone but an I8 that updated os to 14.2 yesterday,
same as LORDV8R, "message in fordpass says that it is active but the buttons don't show up",
did Jamie's master reset on the sync,
deleted vehicle from app, deleted app, reloaded both,
saw message in fordpass says that it is active, accepted on sync screen,
no love,
buttons don't show up on app, and app still has "Activate Vehicle", although I accepted already in truck , , ,
who else ?

it’s on ford’s side. Mine did the same and after 24 hours it started working again

I removed the App from my Iphone last month because of the high battery use, so since they released the new version, I installed the App again. I went through that yesterday with Fordpass, last night I happened to look at my Iphone 11, battery use was high again for Fordpass, interesting that it was not completely installed yet, it still was showing to activate on my phone, yet I got emails from Ford telling me that I had been activated. Needless to say, I removed the App from my phone again and will wait for them to fix the battery issue. Phone is up to date and I had the latest version of the App. Phone was never connected via USB, so its either bluetooth or via Wifi that causes the issue.

right now phone says fordpass only used 1% and I spend too much time listening to Pandora

My phone battery went down a lot yesterday, I usually go a couple of days without charging. It seems like it only happens after I drive the truck. If it just sits the app is fine. So after I drive the truck I have to go in and stop the app otherwise its doing some background garbage. Its the only App I have the trouble with. Airborne Ape said he did what Apple said to do after 14.0 update for the Apple phone came out, that was to set the phone back to default and start over. He said that stopped the phone battery issue. When I feel like messing with the phone again, maybe I'll try that. We all have to remember that Ford could probably figure out who doesn't have Sync Connect from the factory and turn it off any time. I would have paid them for the option.
