Time will tell what’s fixed I suppose, but i8iridium’s update is promising. Ford Pass has been very hit an miss for me recently but with 3.19 my truck worked first try.
The ‘extend’ button appears to be fixed or at provide better user feedback in 3.19

I am working on getting this going on a Sync 2 2015 F-150 like you did. I've gotten the activation prompt to pop up in the app but so far I have never gotten the confirmation to come up on the Sync 2 screen. Now after digging through your old posts I notice you never got this to work with an H, which I have. When you were trying with your H module did you ever get the activate button in the App, or was it nothing at all? I'm just wondering if I am at a dead end with this H module.

same as you, I would get activation prompts on the app, and I would even get email confirmations of the truck being added to app, and then "deleted" emails when I would reset it all and try reloading again, and again.,
it got tiresome, very tiresome.

The guy under your post, I8iridium, was a huge help to me (along with many others here for moral support and suggestions), I8 is the guy I sent, and then traded my H to, for a J he had,
the J continues to work for me.
I think you're best to look for a J, specifically the one listed in my sig,
so yeah, I never got the H working in my truck,
There are others here that speak of "flashing" units to upgrade, or downgrade, the hardwares, but this is advanced, and well beyond my paygrade.

What did you do to get it back in the first place? Nothing I do gets the buttons to show up, but it is activated as I can use the other methods to start the truck.

Well I installed 3.19.1 with positive thoughts and now it's even worse than it was before 😂 Good Lord... will it ever work for me after 3.12 version... I'm losing hope hah.. back to 3.12 and bypass forced update I guess..
Can someone get the part number for the 2021 F-150 Telematics/HotSpot/Cellular device ? I want to see if its the same device with updated cellular technology. I was not able to locate it after searching online for hours.
I can probably get it but if you are thinking it will work with anything older than the 21....i'm thinking not, it has ethernet. There has already been some basic testing down with SYNC4 to see if it can be converted and that isn't looking promising either yet due to can bus issues.
