Have you tried it anywhere but your home? Like drive to the other side of town, etc. where you could bounce off another tower and see if it works?

Kinda, we live in a small town, took it to the auto parts store today, and had same results, but it was only a couple miles away from my house. Pretty sure it was on the same tower.

So, I've been doing more reading and Searching. I've got an 2018 F150, I upgraded my Sync 3.0 to 3.4. When I go to Ford Sync icon to go to the hotspot, I have No Connectivity Menu, just hotspot. I still think that is the issue. Either update the Apim firmware, tcu or I need to reload sync 3.0 back. I'm assuming I can just download the ford official 3.0 on a USB and reload it.

I'm going to start with the Sync first.

Can't go back any further than 3.3 once updated to 3.4

Yep, because going from anything under 3.3 required a reformat and as far as I am aware cyanlabs is the only way to reformat and they say you can go that far backwards.

I am cross posting this here as more information is available the TCU and FordPass on this site.
Does anyone have a 2017 to 2019 mustang wiring diagram manual from ford? If so could you please post the page that has the TCU (telematics control unit) wiring on it? I want to make sure I tap the correct plug and pin on the BCM. Cant seem to find it online anywhere? I have seen the wiring diagram on here for the TCU setup and want to make sure the power wire goes in the same spot or if it is different.
