I noticed that I sometimes have this problem when on WiFi, if I switch to 4g and reopen the app it tends to work ok.

You do have factory key fob start/stop, correct?
if not, you may be able to turn it on thru forscan.

and also,
sometimes time is your friend, give it a day or 3, and see if it starts working,

and also more,
try power cycling / reboot your phone,
what phone anyways , , , ?
app up to date in your phone?

have you tried deleting the truck from fordpass and reauthorizing it once you changed the config? sorry, saw you said you did this. i'd give it a few days. the ford servers have been getting crazy data from you for who knows how long,.

Took mine almost 6 whole days

Mine literally took over a month. The start function worked intermittently nothing indicated running / locks etc. I had given up. Little over a month it started working but the tires always reported wrong pressure. Last app update everything works properly.
Be patient.

Does anyone with a 2015 still have use of sync connect features through the app. Mine stopped working months ago and would like to know if i should spend anymore time trying to get the app to work. Thanks
