I have done many mods and used forscan to program feature with great success but this is the first time i have tried to do anything with firmware. I guess my question is the download only contains one file once unzipped. When i go into forscan to downgrade do i use the same file for all 3 of the lines? The tcu currently has different files for each of them (secondary boot loader, strategy, and configuration) loaded. I can get pictures if it helps. Thanks

In the cases that i've encountered with the Three TCU's I've installed, as soon as i connect to the wifi, my laptop will automatically redirect to the ATT page. From there, you go through the steps to activate. It always had the donor VIN already populated. From that point You could either activate a trial, if wasn't already used, or pay for service.
Alright Guys, heard back from ATT today. Here is their response:
Your 2018 Ford F-150 has a SIM card # (also known as an ICCID#) installed in the vehicle for the wifif hotspot to receive data connection from the AT&T network. It starts with 89011... and is 20 digits long. If unable to be located, the SIM may be embedded in the vehicle and you will have to go to the dealership to procure the SIM #.
anyone know where this SIM card is located? I thought it was built into the unit?

@dfris2003 was ATT able to activate using IMEI?
EDIT: Confirming for others that the screen below should only display if your TCU is new (never before registered to VIN). I believe a brand new TCU purchased through authorized Ford dealer should come with a card that specifies the ICCID which is a hard requirement for ATT to activate it. I was unable to find any other method to locate the ICCID, so without that you're SOL. Also confirming a previously activated TCU does still populate the ATT activation page with donor VIN upon connection to hotspot.
