Hello, after installing TCU FordPass and successful vehicle authorization on the mobile app (iOS and Andoird latest apps version, for the second vehicle these features available) missing Door Locks/Unlock and Remote Start Feature, but location available, oil life, tire pressure, odometer are available. Form web interface for vehicle activation - features with door lock/unlock and remote start is present and working. Please, help where is the problem...

when did you get your authorizations?
and did you follow all the preliminary steps making other required changes to other modules in the vehicle?
(as listed in first post)
does the vehicle have factory remote start? (key fob start?)
what vehicle? year and model

it is said that sometimes it takes a day or 3 for all features to get "working",

Yes, do for APIM, for BCM, IPC it was already setuped to correct parameters (due to remote start).
Remote start + remote unlock + start stop button.
Fusion 2015.

Some 2013-2023 Ford or Lincoln vehicles with modems activated through FordPass or LincolnWay may experience 12 volt battery drain symptoms when the customer uses non-Ford/Lincoln phone applications as an alternate channel to access vehicle commands such as door lock/unlock, remote start, vehicle location, etc. The battery drain may be caused by excessive calls for data through the vehicle network keeping it in an activated state. Recommend that the customer uninstall the app to ensure this is not contributing to battery symptoms experienced. Advise the customer that unaffiliated third-party app developers do not work directly with Ford to adhere to security, vehicle communication, and privacy requirements.

I installed TCU on a 2017 Ford Mondeo mk5. I think it's still a problem somewhere. In the Fordpass application, only the opening and closing buttons for remote operation appear. The start / stop command does not appear but through the shortcuts from siri it works until 20.06.2022 but now it doesn't work anymore. Does anyone know a solution? to somehow add the start / stop command in FordPass?

Would it be correct to state that JL3T-14G139-CR is the most suitable firmware revision to use with any TCU for this mod as of Feb 2021?
