I updated the first post again to include this video showing rear headliner removal for antenna and cable access. My recommendation on headliner removal is don't! It's good knowledge for pulling used parts from wrecked trucks, but it's giant pain involving fragile parts if you're attempting it on a good truck. Also I may have mixed up a T20 and T27 torx reference for the coat hooks.

I'm having trouble getting the antenna and cable ordered from FordParts-ANWB. When I use the HL3T-19K351-AA and HL3T-18895-GC part #'s, they show up and let me add them to the cart as #19A390 and #18812 but when I try to check out it says "Selected Dealer Cannot Ship" and tells me to choose a dealer in my state. I called and spoke with the parts guy there and he's telling me the HL3T numbers are engineering #'s and that he can't order using them, and the short numbers aren't complete. How is everyone getting around this?

Also, you can use the generic HL3Z-18812-C instead of the F150 specific HL3T-18895-GC. Tasca has a great price.

Bracket mounts
Maybe. There are numbers but it's not a format I've seen before.
These numbers are stamped into the molded plastic.
Photo's for reference attached.
Right mounting clip with two bolt holes:

Rev AA
Left mounting clip with single bolt hole.

It's fantastic for tracking down wrecked vehicles but horrible for isolating specific parts. I use it to find wrecked Ford's and then I at least know who to call and where to dig.

What do you find best as a search term? I’ve been using Wiring Harnesses All as my search and cant find an Escape within 300 miles. Seems like there should be some.

For anyone in Canada interested in this, I put my spare TCU on kijiji this morning.

Error instead TCU detection.
Hello guys, I've recently upgraded my old 2G modem with 3g (GM5T-14G087-AF), still using Sync2, and now I'm facing error in TCU via forscan. So, I can't configure it due to error. Sync2 also throws TCU communication error.
Is there anything I have to change in my APIM settings via ForScan so that it could start seeing the TCU?
Guess I should give it a try without loading a saved profile in ForScan. Thought of it just now. Could it be the reason?
Update:
I've tested it once again skipping the saved ForScan profile and this time the TCU was not listed at all. Seems like the old and new modem have different wirings? Pretty weird... Attached photos of the old and new modems.
