Go to this website, type JL3T-14G139-CR into the box near the bottom and click "Download File". Tested it just now and it downloaded fine. Keep that site bookmarked as it works to download a lot of Ford calibration files (but not all).

Hello i have early 2016 Lincoln MKX with Sync 2, i bought it form USA and bring it to europe and here in EU i was able to use the Lincoln way app without any problems but when USA shut off the 3g network now i cant use the app anymore, on ebay i bought new Kxxx series 4g TCU from wrecked US Lincoln Nautilus and attempt to install it but without any success, even on the screen it was saying ESN Unknown… i read that i have to downgrade that tcu with older version so i use Forscan to flash the tcu with JL3T-14G139-CT version and after that i was able to see the ESN serial number on my sync 2 screen. On forscan i tried any combinations but no success so far, the activation tab never pop up. If anyone could help me step by step fix that ill be very happy APIM AS BUILT DATA US TCU AS BUILT DATA

i tried that already, i changed from 754-01-01 Bxxx to Axxx, it doesnt work. I also set it to factory mode then back to normal as built and still nothing, doesnt even have cell signal, dont know what else i can do…

Wait, you got the TCU from a US car and you are trying to use it in Europe? I think that is your problem (why you see 0 cellular signal) You need to find a TCU (J or K downgraded to J) from a European car.
Also, the as-built for line 754-01-01 should also reflect the region. xxx2 is for North America. You need xxx8 for Europe (xxx4 for Russia)

If that is the case how come i was able to use the original US 3g tcu here in Europe until they shut down the 3g network?
Now i have bought US K TCU downgraded to J… do you think it will work if i somehow change the region or i definitely have to buy european TCU?
