Upgrade Sync 3 V3.0 to V3.4 instructions

Just a note, maybe someone else with a NON-NAV unit can confirm, this didn't work for me as listed. The previous update USB3 didn't work either, I had to reformat with USB1 and insert the new update into USB2 which worked great. I assume the same will need to be done with this latest build.

Spent several hours today testing this new version and have no issues to report. I can't speak for Android and AA, but CarPlay and the Apple eco-system work great. I tested all visible functions with and without my iPhone 11 Pro Max attached and did not have any issues. I did not test Sat or USB based media. I did hear that media playback from USB still has challenges. My experience is that the interface is crisper and more responsive. Recommended for 3.4 users!

Not only is there a new Apps version, there are new 1.19 maps and Nav Voice Data. Lots to mess around with this weekend. First up, will the maps install using the standard Autoinstall.lst. If not, I'll create a new reformat.lst with the new voice nav, maps and apps file after downgrading back to 19200 or something so the reformat tool works.
