You do not need to downgrade when you are upgrading the Apps and Voice files. You need to downgrade the Apps file to 3.4 19200 only when you are upgrading your 1.18 to 1.19 maps.

You are correct sir. You do not need to reformat the system if you are only upgrading the Apps and Voice files. Only when you are changing what version of maps you have.

Yes you can go down to 19274. You need create your own USB and autoinstall.lst file.

Use the following text for the autoinstall.lst:
[SYNCGen3.0_3.4.19274]
Item1 = 5U5T-14G381-CJ.TAR.GZ
Open1 = SyncMyRide\5U5T-14G381-CJ.TAR.GZ
Item2 = 5U5T-14G391-CK.TAR.GZ
Open2 = SyncMyRide\5U5T-14G391-CK.TAR.GZ
Options = AutoInstall,Delay

You also need to get the corresponding files from above.14g381-CJ is the Apps file and 14g391-ck is the 19274 voice file.

Thanks JRSBill. That's what I get for assuming! You know the old saying. I was assuming he was wanting to upgrade everything. I mean why wouldn't you want the latest maps??

So to confirm, I need to downgrade to 19200 first, then upgrade to 20021?

Interesting. Rolling back to 19274 still gives me the USB hub not supported error message.

Where can I find the new hub?
