What did you do to your truck today?
Tried to do this yesterday and for the life of me I couldn't get it to update. Entered the VIN & SYNC serial number, submitted it. Got the confirmation email. But can not get it to update. Would you mind sharing how to update? Thanks
Doesn't matter!
Did some prep work for the upcoming Whipple install, the Eco-Boost lower grill so the inter-cooler can breath and relocate my required front license plate.

Hoping to switch mine out this weekend, just trying to know what I'm getting myself into...
It wasn't as bad as it looks, I was just in a bit of a rush to get them off. I tried to save the old badges at first, but honestly I'll never be putting chrome anything back on so I got a little more aggressive with them and they broke. use a hair dryer to warm the double sided tape behind them, and fishing line to cut through it with a sawing motion. The tricky part is the clips on the back side. I used needle nose pliers from the top, open the hood and you can see the clips. use tape to protect the paint for sure though. There's a lot of videos on youtube on how to do it, I watched a few different ones. Some go through the wheel well, but going from the top, under the hood, to unclip the badges from behind seemed a lot easier.

Taking her to a local mech to have my Power Stop Z36's put on and a new set of plugs NGK Iridium IX.
Have no issues with plugs but I'm at 65k and I run her hard, brakes have started squeeling up front and since I drive a little over the speed limit and up and down mountains figured it was time for an upgrade.

Spot Mirrors
Installed Spot Mirrors today. Old school me likes the extra security of full side view vision beside the truck. Found these mirrors as a recommendation from the forum. While made for a Ram, I believe they fit the Ford Platform very well.

What is the advantage to doing that ^ vs just putting a USB A+C adapter into that socket, which would do the same thing but also allow you take it out and insert a 12v if you wanted for some reason at some time?
