Received a pair of Bilsteins for the rear. Will put them on at some point. This job will take longer to set up than the installation will take time. Haven't counted out getting two for the front as of yet. If I do, they'll go in at the stock setting. Not interested in changing the level. I'm interested in how the rears will change the ride and that will be a more deciding factor for the fronts.

The ride will be less "plush" but far more controlled. Axle hop over uneven road surfaces will be reduced, too.
Please, do not sell yourself and your truck short by installing Bilsteins -only- on the rear. You must! do the fronts, too. That is where you will fully realize the difference in driving dynamics of your truck.
Nose dive under braking will be 80 - 90% gone, rear axle hop drastically reduced, and body roll far, far less. The ride will be more "taut" without being harsh. Too, you should be running the Cold Inflation Pressures listed on your driver door jamb. 2 psi greater will almost ruin ride "quality", or, comfort. Listed cold inflation pressures and four Bilstein 5100s will transform your truck. Sincerely.

That's what I expect will be the case and I'll probably do this down the road. Thanks

I recently put them on the rears only, then shortly after went from the 18 inch sport wheels to 20 inch Fuel Blitz's. The ride was much improved with just the 5100's on the rear's, when I put on the 20's I pumped them up my usual 3-4 psi over cold pressure and found the ride on the harsh side, while at recommended cold pressure it's much more "taut" as you described. I'm still hemming and hawing about whether doing the fronts are worth it.
