I see nothing wrong with this 5 bar chrome grille. 1000x better then any aftermarket "raptor" style ...
The 5-bar grille is a unique piece; there's nothing else like it.
My XLT had the 3-bar chrome with "nostrils"... didn't like that much at all and would have preferred at the time a Lariat 3-bar. I found the Magnetic Metallic-surround 5-bar locally for a good price and bought it that day. Swapped it in the next. It's a keeper. Truck is a '16 and this is as good as it gets for me for this model year. To say I really like my truck would be an understatement. Hahaha. I drove late model F550s at work for years. They were all crew cabs, and the interior space spoiled me. Had to have one on a 1/2 ton chassis since I don't tow anything heavy in my off-duty time.
Did some "truck stuff" today. My parents had an OLD crab apple tree that was 2/3rds dead. Tried trimming all the dead off and there were maybe 2-3 healthy branches left by the time i was done. So mom said just get rid of it. It had a shallow, massive root showing, so I dug around it, cut it there, and hooked my strap there... Apple trees have very shallow, very wide spreading, large roots, but nothing going deep, so my truck had no problem in 4HI pulling it over by the root. Barely even had to give it any gas, on wet grass this morning. Was NOT expecting it to come out that easy... lol Before After
Filled everything in with top soil and fresh grass seed for them afterwards.
I went today to trade my Supercab for a Crew cab. I found one at a local dealer near me with what I wanted on it, trailer tow pkg, giant fuel tank, snow plow prep, pretty much the exact same truck I have except 4 door , 5.5' bed and the 5.0 L engine. My 2020 super cab has/had 3k on it. So I only took it up the_____ some, not alot. But back into the 4 door I should of bought when I went shopping in July but my girlfriend talked me into the supercab. Note: leave her home when I truck shop.
And on the way there. I met a jeep cherokee on the road with thoses three stupid lights in the grill !!!
Installed some vled triton v6 extreme 3156 reverse lights, I am amazed. Had some pretty bright leds before these vleds and they are absolutely far brighter along with a more usable spread of light. I bought the 5k color temp which I like it better than the 6k I previously had. Their v6 triton line up is quality. I've always wanted oem led taillights and I am now happy with my haolgen taillights with much less into them.

Looks good on your truck, man! Didn't like the way it looked on mine. The Raptor style looks 1000x better on my truck in my eyes.
I like those headlights of yours as well! I did a simple retrofit to projectors and HID's and LED high beams. The HIDs also function with the high beams, so I've got redundant high beams. Didn't add halos or switchbacks but definitely thought about it. Did you do them yourself?

Those things are pretty bright, nice. You've got something in the road looking at ya!
