Interested to see how your bumpers looks afterward. I'd like to do something subtle with my truck's chrome bumpers, but I don't want to eliminate it completely.
Dunrollin! I like those bedrails! but I have a folding vinyl tonneau that obstructs the mount pockets. How do the rails attach on the forward part of the bedsides?

I'll post up when I'm doing them. You have to scuff the surface with 600 grit. Then I go back over it with 1000 grit. Then you can decide if you like it. Its a stop gap until I kick down for new bumpers. But that comes after leveling, tires and a new head unit. I have time...
i do have a warranty but i dont get it i still have to pay the 100$ deductible and they want me to pay 89 for diagnostics, did you have to pay anything? i have the warranty from ford and some other from the dealer which expires in 2 years, im not afraid of doing mechanical work so if i can find out where this cylinder sensor is i would just replace it myself
paid $100 total as that was my CPO deductible. And a free tow to dealership. I dont think the install would be too bad to do by yourself. The sensor is just in an awkward location.
So I ended up with a truck with the chrome package. It was ok but then just decided it was to much chrome and I hated it. I replaced the grill and then needed to finish it. The shop I took my truck to do the tinted windows also does vehicle wraps and PPF. I was going to buy new black bumpers, door handles and mirrors. Talked to the shop and they said they could wrap all the chrome in Satin Black to match the wheels. Needless to say I couldn’t be happier with the results.

That is a sweet looking grill! I have the same one. LOL. I noticed you didn't install the LED pods. Did you wire up the amber lights? Bumpers look great too BTW.

2 1/2# Amerex on the Bracketeer
I mounted a fire extinguisher on the front of the driver's seat today, along with the mode module from Timers so that "eco" is the startup mode. Both projects took about 30 minutes total - and it's stinking humid here so I'm done for the day.
I used some Ford reward points today as well, bought a couple of bed rails. So far I like them.
The rails look great. I always liked that on a truck! I see you have pinstriping.....can you send a full side pic of it? I’m considering that an am not sure how I want it done....tnx.
