Added a flashing LED since our trucks don't have anything that says it has an alarm. Got less than 1K and did this so far - PIAA LED Highs, lows & Fogs. Diode Dynamics switch backs, JL Audio 8 Sub, JL Audio 500x1 Amp, Du HA storage, Tonneau, Spray liner, PIAA back up lamps, Weathertec mats and mud flaps, Hybrid Audio speakers, Sylvania Zevo LED strip interior lighting, Philips and Sylvania LEDs everywhere, Escort Passport 8500ci with Laser Jammers

Looks like I have an aftermarket alarm. It turns on when the ignition is off and vice versa. I'll find a way to add a DEI shock sensor or perimeter sensor to the stock alarm. We have a lot of opportunistic meth heads around these parts.

Don't knock the laser jammers. They jam laser guns, no joke. All but the newer frequency shifting ones.

You are never going to stop the police from knowing how fast you are going, if they want to know, before your gadgets detect them.

Whatever you say hoss. Been running the system for 15 years in 8 different vehicles. You never heard of it till I mentioned it, so you're the expert.

you can add the OEM dual stage shock sensor / remote start pretty easy on these trucks... takes 5 mins

for the 2018 the module is js7z19a361a..i bought mine on eBay but you can get them from amazon or your local dealer .. for 2015-2017 it has a different part number.. let me know your year and i can send you the info..

it comes with a y harness as you will see in the video.. you remove the ODBII plug.. plug in the harness to the ODBII port .. plug the other in the ODBII original wire and the third into the module .. make a couple forscan changes and boom you're done.. it take longer to zip tie the module than install the whole system .. and i didn't have to go to the dealer to program anything

Thanks Doug! Is it possible to have shock sensors only since I already have the remote start?
