Went ahead to changed my S&B dry filter and put the pre-filter on it. I tried to blow out the previous filter as they say its "extendable" however i didn't have much luck with it so just popped in the new one. At $65 a pop I hope the pre-filter extends the life of the filter better than the air hose.

I also took the front floor mats out and cleaned them.

Went over to the local hardware with Seamus, and got 3' of 3/16" rubber fuel line, and put my IWE vacuum line back to OEM with the updated checkvalve. Photo is what I did when I was having vacuum troubles when I first got this truck, two YG360 valves in tandem.

Yeah. It will sound better if you hook to the front, the rear channels are clamped.
